Enjoy weekly sessions to suit your schedule with our weekly pass.

 

1 Session - $27

2 Sessions - $42 ($22 per session)

3 Sessions - $55 (18.33 per session)

 

Billed weekly via auto-pay system. Minimum 12 week lock in period. Membership can be waived for two weeks per year at no cost. For longer time away price reduced to $15 per week.

Reformer Align 

A flow class that focuses on aligning the body. This full body workout tones, lengthens and strengthens the body, improving functional movement in day to day life. This class will focus on technique and getting the most out of each movement. Suitable for everyone as progressions and regressions are given in each class. 

 


A great class to start with at Rise. 

Reformer Fit 

A fun dynamic workout that will take you to the edge and push your limits. 
Our aim is to keep you moving! Using learnt techniques from our Align class, Reformer Fit will incorporate HIIT and cardio exercises in each class, getting your heart rate up - you’ll be sure to work up a sweat!  

Not suitable for beginners or clients with prior injuries. Check with your instructor prior to signing up for this class.
