BASE LEVEL 

Perfect entry class for new people or when you’re starting back after some time off.

This class is for EVERYONE and will challenge you no matter what!

 

Level 1 & Level 2 progressions offered.

This class is designed to help you grow into Level 2.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL 

You will be challenged with spring progressions and exercise sequences along with endurance.

Level 2 & Level 3 progressions offered.

 

This class is designed to help you grow into Level 3 and do things you never imagined you could!

Level 3

ADVANCED LEVEL

 

The top! Our advanced class will keep you challenged and progressing on belief.

Consistent attendance of Level 2 classes required for this class!

Level 3 options offered with even more progessions.
