Whether you’re focussing on aligning your body with a Flow class or getting your blood pumping with a Dynamic or Fit class, we have a class for you!    

A flow class that focuses on aligning the body. This full body workout tones, lengthens and strengthens the body, improving functional movement in day to day life. This class will focus on technique and getting the most out of each movement. Suitable for everyone as progressions and regressions are given in each class.

Reformer Fit 

Flow Mat

 

Flow Mat is an open level class that focuses on aligning the body. This full-body workout will tone, lengthen and strengthen the body improving functional movement in day to day life.

 

This class is suitable for all levels with progression options given for advancement. 

 

 

A fun dynamic workout that will take you to the edge and push your limits. Our aim is to keep you moving! Using learnt techniques from our Align class, Reformer Fit will incorporate HIIT and cardio exercises in each class, getting your heart rate up - you’ll be sure to work up a sweat!  

Not suitable for beginners or clients with prior injuries. Check with your instructor prior to signing up for this class. 

Dynamic Mat

Dynamic Mat is a full-body workout that will get your blood pumping. Suitable for those looking for a stronger workout Dynamic Mat incorporates HIIT and cardio exercises to get your heart rate up and work up a sweat!
