CLASS TYPES
LEVEL 1
The perfect place for new people and the best place to restart after some time off.
Expect a full-body workout that will leave you feeling balanced, connected and accomplished with a thrilling endorphin rush.
This class is for EVERYONE and will challenge you no matter what!
LEVEL 2
You will experience enhanced spring levels, new exercises, more progressions with a faster class pace.
This class is designed to help you progress to your next level.
Expect a full body workout that gives you an incredible return on investment. We will take you on a journey from where you will meet adversity and leave the class feeling invigorated and motivated.
LEVEL 3
High performance Reformer Pilates with no restriction on spring levels, exercises progressions, sequences and durations.
This class does not stop! Transition time between exercises is skilful removed by the instructors (as one exercise is coming to an end the next exercise is being cued).
Consistent attendance of Level 2 classes is required for this class.
